Ok, this page has to be updated too often...basically,
get a nice drink (tea/coffee/something a little stonger)
get some biscuits, chocolate chip are best
get a nice comfy chair, very important
and a tv...musn't forget that
a pen and paper are good too
right, got that?
get all this together in time for 3:45 in the afternoon
then turn on the tv, change to channel 4, sit in the comfy chair, stuff yourself with biscuits and stay there for 45 minutes
